رسائل عملائنا على واتساب وإنستغرام وفيسبوك تستحق رداً سريعاً وبنبرة العلامة. نبحث عن موظف/ة ردود لخدمة «سوشيال أهلاً»: إدارة صندوق الرسائل الموحد لعدة علامات، الرد على الاستفسارات والتعليقات، تحويل المحادثات إلى حجوزات أو طلبات، وتصعيد الحالات التي تحتاج العميل نفسه.

المطلوب: كتابة عربية سليمة وسريعة وإنجليزية جيدة، إلمام بمنصات التواصل وواتساب للأعمال، انتباه للتفاصيل، واستعداد للعمل بنظام الورديات. العمل من مكاتبنا في عمّان، دوام كامل أو جزئي.

Must Have

Bachelor Degree or Higher
Passion for software products
Perfect written English
Highly creative and autonomous
Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

Experience in writing online content
Additional languages
Google Adwords experience
Strong analytical skills
