أول كلمة يسمعها عميل شركاتنا هي صوتك. نبحث عن موظف/ة خدمة عملاء للانضمام لفريق أهلاً في عمّان: الرد على المكالمات الواردة باسم عملائنا (عيادات، عقارات، مطاعم، شركات خدمات)، الإجابة على الاستفسارات، حجز المواعيد، وتسجيل ملخص كل مكالمة على النظام.

المطلوب: لغة عربية ممتازة وإنجليزية جيدة، صوت واضح وأسلوب ودود، إتقان استخدام الحاسوب، والاستعداد للعمل بنظام الورديات (صباحي / مسائي). الخبرة في مراكز الاتصال ميزة وليست شرطاً — ندرّبك بالكامل. العمل من مكاتبنا في عمّان، دوام كامل أو جزئي.

Must Have

Bachelor Degree or Higher
Passion for software products
Perfect written English
Highly creative and autonomous
Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

Experience in writing online content
Additional languages
Google Adwords experience
Strong analytical skills
