We started Ahlan Contact Center on a simple premise: businesses across Jordan and the region were spending fortunes on customer service teams that still couldn't pick up the phone after 5pm. Calls went unanswered. Messages sat for hours. Customers — the ones companies had spent the most money to acquire — felt forgotten the moment they tried to reach out.
