كل عميل في أهلاً له مدير حساب واحد يعرفه بالاسم. نبحث عن مدير/ة حساب يكون حلقة الوصل بين عملائنا وفريق الموظفين: إطلاق الخدمة للعميل الجديد وتدريب الفريق على علامته، متابعة جودة المكالمات، إعداد التقرير الشهري بالأرقام، وحل أي ملاحظة قبل أن تصبح شكوى.

المطلوب: خبرة سنتين على الأقل في خدمة العملاء أو إدارة الحسابات أو مراكز الاتصال، لغة عربية وإنجليزية ممتازة، إتقان Excel أو أدوات التقارير، ومهارات تواصل وتنظيم عالية. معرفة أنظمة المقاسم (3CX) أو Odoo ميزة. دوام كامل من مكاتبنا في عمّان.

Must Have

Bachelor Degree or Higher
Passion for software products
Perfect written English
Highly creative and autonomous
Valid work permit for Belgium

Experience in writing online content
Additional languages
Google Adwords experience
Strong analytical skills
